We accept Visa and Mastercard through the secure Worldpay payment platform and PayPal. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship.

When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.

If you have made a mistake in your order and cannot correct it in the shopping cart, contacts us and we will do all we can correct the mistake provided the goods have not been dispatched.

Shipping and Handling:

Orders to UK addresses in excess of £35.00 will be delivered free of charge. All other deliveries will incur a charge of £5.95 as a contribution towards the signed delivery.

Postage and packaging for international deliveries to Europe or the USA will be calculated in the Checkout based on weight and the number of months selected.

We must be notified of a failed delivery as soon as possible and within at least 5 days of the expected delivery date. Because delivery may take a few days, it is important that the ambient temperature remains below 72 degrees Fahrenheit, 22 degrees Celsius, during delivery, to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. During the summer we may have to suspend delivery for a short period as the temperature may be too high to ensure that our chocolates arrive in a good condition.

Some UK postcode areas may not be able to receive deliveries from us in the normal time, especially if you are relying on next day delivery. Please contacts us for more information, or place your order and we will try to assist you in sorting out a delivery. The list below includes the areas we know about:

Delivery Schedule:

You can generally expect to receive your order within 2 – 7 business days.
If any goods arrive damaged, they must be refused when delivery is attempted, or signed for with a written comment on the couriers receipt, to say that they were damaged, outlining the extent of the damage. You must inform us immediately or within 2 working days that the goods are damaged in transit so that we can make a prompt claim against the delivery company and correct the problem. We must be notified of a failed delivery as soon as possible and within at least 5 days of the expected delivery date. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
You agree that proof of delivery supplied by our delivery company is sufficient evidence to establish that goods have been received.
The DPD delivery times are a guide only and we may need to delay your delivery in the event that the weather is too warm or if we have to wait to make items in your order because of scheduling in our production kitchens.

Delivery time can vary based on the ambient conditions or production issues.


We guarantee your satisfaction. If any of our products do not meet our exacting standard, then please inform us immediately. We will need the goods returned within 72 hours in order that we can examine them. Return postage will be refunded if we agree that the goods are ‘sub-standard’.

No complaints will be accepted after 5 days from day of expected delivery.

Some of our products contain nuts and all can contain traces of nuts.

Boxes and wrappings may vary depending on supply, changes and availability. Every attempt will be made to ensure that the goods displayed on this website, are a true representation of the goods sent. There may be occasions when we have no alternative but to substitute any part of an order for an alternative.

Returns Policy:

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

You are entitled to cancel your order provided it hasn’t been dispatched. Do this by contacting us by email or telephone and quoting the order number supplied to you.

You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods, so you should take out enough postal insurance to cover their value.

This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or mis-described.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition.

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.

No liability is accepted for any third party losses either tangible or otherwise through non delivery of the order specified.
